Guess I don't follow... When APF is engaged, SHIFT will change the APF
center frequency. If you dial SHIFT for 270, RIT for -30 Hz, then
SHIFT APF to 270 (assuming your PITCH is 300 Hz), signal will be
centerd with a 270 Hz tone.
