Thanks so much everyone for the input on the AlexLoop and other similar antennas working with the KX3. I've decided to try the loop and also build the EARCHI.org 6-40 wire antenna for when a sloper support can easily be erected when going SOTA. The loop, KX3 and Sidekicks end panels and plexiglass cover are all on order. After nearly twenty-years of not switching on a radio I'm looking forward to starting again. Again, appreciate all the input to this and my earlier posts - great forum.
