Hi Slater, Check to see if you have the rig set to TEST mode instead of OPER. You change this setting in CW mode by using the VOX button. If it is in TEST mode the rig doesn't transmit and the diagnostic message is "Lo P" when you try to run TUNE. (It happened to me once after I did some practice sending with a new Hex Key paddle.)
