Check to be certain both channels are being sent to the soundcard. The levels should be the same in both channels. It could be a cable problem or a soundcard problem that is only presenting one channel to the NaP3 application. Unplug each channel (one at a time) and see if the display indicates about the same level from each channel (yes, you will have mirrored images with only one channel).
Do you have the KX3 set to output RX IQ signals?

If all that is OK, then tune to a strong signal (S-9 plus) and the NaP3 WBIR algorithm should eliminate the mirrored responses.
