Matt, Got a note from Art/KA9ZAP and he suggested that I check the NaP3 Config box labeled "DC Block". I did, and that resolved this issue.
Thought I replied ALL on my reply to him but I'm not seeing it on the reflector, so I might have accidentally clicked on simple reply.
