What am I missing? I started to upgrade the firmware for my K3/P3/KAT500/KPA500 station, but I cannot go forward because I cannot get the KAT500 Utility nor the KPA500 Utility to connect to my computer’s COM 3. The K3 and P3 Utilities recognize COM 3 instantly.
I have recycled the turn on sequence to different pattern's. The cable between the KAT500 and the computer is the OEM cable and is plugged into the computer’s USB port. I have had things working together before . I have a double 15 Y connector on the input of the K3 ACC port. What am I missing? What’s happening? Need some help here!
