Julie,

Cables were added when the KXPA100 was added - check them (by substitution if possible). Connect the KX3 to a known good antenna connection and see if it 'plays'. If so, look for the problem in your KX3/KXPA100 antenna system - bad cable, recent ice storms created antenna connection problems, etc.

If it does not 'play' on the same antenna that your K3 receives well with, then you can say it is a KX3 problem. It might be that something was inadvertently changed on the KX3, so check the gain settings and see if there might be something in the menu settings that look suspicious.

I had written about my husband's new problem of no longer receiving PSK
signals, and we had thought it was the FLdigi setup.
This morning I removed the computer hookups, removed the KXPA100 via the
menu following Matt's suggestion, got the latest firmware, and tried to
receive SSB, but nothing is heard. So evidently we are not receiving
amateur radio signals of any kind at present. With the audio all the way up
I can barely detect a commercial radio station. Does anyone have any clues
what might be going on?
