Correct.

The paddle input connections from the K3/0 mini are routed just to the DB15 on it's back side to have a neat one cable solution between mini and RRC. So you have the single dit and dah lines on dedicated pins on the DB15 and can put that onto the paddle input of the locally-to-be-remoted K3. Think of it as a cable extension. ;-) Same as for mic and speaker as well as hand-key ...
