The proposed rules are fine, especially if they come with a strong request that honest, realistic RSTs be given. Checking my EQP logs for 2003, 2004 it appears that this generally has been done. SPCs are a widely used awards collectible. The rig type and SN provides a contest specific exchange and awards collectible.
