Good God, that is almost as ugly as a Ten Tec Orion! I know that a rig's
appearance is largely a matter of taste, the Orion is one rig I'm sure
hoping the designers at Elecraft won't be taking any design cues from.
In my opinion, sub VFO knobs should be smaller than main VFO knobs, and
if there is no band stacking and no additional front panel functionality
in the way of access to the rig's functions, aside from the built-in P3,
I don't see much benefit in that redesign, especially since it makes the
rig uglier. ;)
