I took about 10 years to finish mine. I started it, put it aside and then saw lots of mods and so forth, so I noted them and fit them into the instructions. When I finally got back to it, I didn't have to unsolder anything to fit the mods in. I did have to toss a firmware chip that had never been installed in favor of a newer one that I ordered also. It all worked when done! All the options installed but the 2M and the 100 watts.
