As do I, and I have for years, running XP prior to Win 7. I run about 3 dozen
RTS programmers, several scanner & R/C apps, the Elecraft utility (thought the
Mac version works fine natively) a m/c helmet comm system setup app and a few
others. No problems whatsoever. All look great on my 15" Macbook Pro Retina,
and because of its high resolution, I can have two full pages displayed side by
side with good readability.
