Be sure the Tx audio source is properly selected (LINE IN, FP MIC or
REAR MIC depending on how you have the sysem wired. Then be sure MIC
GAIN is set to get 4-5 bars of ALC.

...While the waterfall looks good when I'm transmitting, I'm not
getting any indication on the K3 -- no power out, no ALC...
