QSK and full break-in mean the same thing. Not full break-in means that you are holding TX state between bauds. That is what happens when you turn QSK off. Fast QSK or QRQ QSK (CW QRQ option in CONFIG menu) has to do with making the TX/RX state flips take so little time that you can hear between bauds at 70 wpm.
