Press-Hold "MODE up" is to put the rig in TX TEST (ie. disable RF
output), not the same as CONFIG:KXV3=TEST. To get CONFIG:KXV3=TEST
either has to be done via the CONFIG menu or assigned as a toggle macro
to M1-M4 or PF1/2.
