Emory, I've relied upon the power cable for grounding without giving a separate 
wire or strap any thought.  Today sometime I'm going to run a ground strap 
between the K3 and PowerWerx to see if that helps.  Thanks for sharing your 
experience and thanks for the suggestion.

I'm not sure why I didn't think of that myself.  It's just that I never think 
of a power supply in terms of station grounding.
