I strongly recommend pool.ntp.org, using the native NTP software on your
computer.
A list of public time servers is here:
http://support.ntp.org/bin/view/Servers/WebHome
There is a list of public, stratum 1 time servers, but please please do
not use them directly, unless you run your own time server.
