Hi Ken, First make sure the cables between the PX3 and the KX3 are firmly plugged in on both the KX3 and PX3 sides. Pay attention to the I/Q 2.5mm cable. During adjustment, move the encoder slowly, the adjustment values are usually small. If you're still having trouble, please contact Elecraft customer support.
