Nate- OP referenced tuner in kX3, not K3. The KX3 tuner is noticeably faster, in my experience. Also, my experience with the SGC line of auto couplers is such that I think that niche is well filled at the moment, but I am sure an Elecraft product would make improvements. ;-) Greg in West Mitten, KC8HXO K3 #270
