True, they are CBish but the DXpedition to Somalia (6O0N) used them. The same company also makes more models, including those that go up to a KW, 10-160 meters.

It looks like they're designed for ham use, because there appears to be a switched set of lowpass filters inside. No CBer would pay for this! But they are illegal for sale in the US because they *can* be used for CB.
