Hi all, No, please don't use anything beyond the 0x20 to 0x7E standard ASCII characters range. There are too many different delivery options for these messages to reliably render anything outside this range correctly. I am using marc.info to read messages and Nabble to respond to them. Using fancy email clients to create HTML codes for the standard ASCII apostrophe and quotation marks is also an irritating, but common "feature" on this reflector.
