I have upgraded my K-3 with all available new K3s updates and I just received it back from Elecraft (check up and align). There is a great improvement in performance but I now notice that when I set up my Heil Proset (ic) headset for Vox use, I must run the anti-vox a lot higher than I used too (30-35). I also have noticed that the Vox gain must be at the lowest level. I use the settings for my tx and rx eqs set to the recommended setting in KE7X, Fred Caddy book and they have worked great in the past. I need to know if anyone has found the same thing and if there are other recommended setting. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance.
