I put a bit of bicycle inner tube on my VFO-B and it did the trick.

Both the stock VFO A knob and VFO B knob are weighted. The VFO A knob also has
a soft-touch rubber ring.
I have to admit I'm a little baffled as to why any different knobs would be
desirable. We tried to optimize for both function and aesthetics. But hey, I'm
just an engineer :)
