I have older Dell laptop and new KX3 and KX3-PCKT cables.
With no digital software running the following happens all the time: When I plug green-band cable from PC phones output to KX3 mic input the KX3 goes immediately into TX mode with no modulation. I followed the KX3 manual and I'm using DATA A. Nothing what I do stops the KX3 from Tx when I plug both cables in between the PC and KX3 mic connector. VOX is turned off.
