The ONLY non-Elecraft supplied filter I have tried is the 700 Hz pair I bought from UNPCBS.com http://www.unpcbs.com/#k3_filter
They have done multiple group buys and they source them the same place as Elecraft.... They work great! Only place to get a 700Hz.
