I in no way meant to impugn the quality or functioning of Win4K3. Sorry if it came across that way. I rely on and use Win4K3 every day and have never had a problem. I assumed that the problem was probably "operator error" in downloading or saving it. I highly recommend Win4K3Suite! They've also lowered the CPU cycles it takes, but with a modern CPU, it's hardly a noticeable performance lag (ALL AV software requires a hit). Hint: Check the quarantine folder, then 'trust' the program in question. Since the editor is starting (no error message that it doesn't exist), the problem lies elsewhere. Make sure you don't have more than one copy running (task manager).
