That is the one I got when I got my Elecraft kit just over one year ago. Nice to have a good quality soldering station (here at home, of course we have several nice ones at work). Get a variety of tips for it. I don't recommend the smallest and sharpest tip though (sorry I don't know the number). Maybe it will come in handy someday but it seems too small even for any of the SMD parts I've had to do on other projects. I have a medium sized conical tip and a slightly larger chisle tip that works great for PL-259 connectors and larger wires.
