No, unfortunately for the CW evangelists, they haven't been. The rumor that *is* being greatly exaggerated is that the US Navy is 'reverting to Morse' for its communications. There's no suggestion of this in the press release cited. What is happening is that the US Navy is *continuing* to train *intercept operators* to read Morse. That is all.
