I have the Astron SS30M which I find to be electrically quiet, excellent regulation.  The fan does cycle on and off from time to time and that is noticeable.    I power 3 radios, not at the same time, from this supply.   Originally it has the Pos and Neg connections where you insert the wire and tighten the screw on the side.   I too 2 brass, 10-32 screws, 1 1/2" long, cut off the heads, filed a small flat spot on the side at one end, inserted one of these in the connectors and tighten the screws.  Now I have two studs to which I can place several ring terminals and secure with a wing nut.     From these I have the power for 3 radios, SWR/Pwr meter, antenna tuner all attached.   I did add a dedicated ground terminal to the rear of the supply.   This is the common point for all of the station equipment ground bonding.

I need a new power supply for my K3s or my other 13V 20 amp transceivers. Is
this one a good choice? Works well? Minimal RF hash?
