You might try removing the USB connector, Restart, check the device manager, if a device isn't linked, remove it , then plug in the USB. If that doesn't connect, remove it again, and then sort through the comports in the utility and if that doesn't work, you may have different problem. I suspect your issue is within your PC not the amp. Let me know.
