John, The Elecraft part numbers you are looking for are: E850449 Fuse Set 6A, 2pcs for 240 Volt operation E850448 Fuse Set 12A, 2pcs for 120 Volt operation I operate my KPA500 on 240 Volts, but on FD operate it on 120 Volts. I ordered 2 sets of each for spares and the capability to operate on either Voltage.
