John, I just went thru this and reverted back to the original fan profile with the ^FP0 command using the KPA 1500 utility. What is not mentioned in the release notes is that after you execute this command, you must power cycle the KPA 1500. After that you will have the new firmware with the old fan profile. Ned WC4X
