Yes, my wife is also a retired nurse and every time I go to the doctor's office and he tells me I need to do "something", she is shacking her head in the affirmative and I know I will not be a happy camper! Example... cardiologist says no luncheon meats, I LOVE luncheon meats, but haven't had any for the last 10 years!!
