She is correct on luncheon meats. Big Mac, Any Egg and Meat sandwich and most prepared foods have about 900mg of Sodium and I bet your dailing limit is about 1500mg (for Canadians, that means all Tim's breakfast sandwiches). Don't forget hotdogs and sausages are off the list too. They use a lot of Brine. As my wife and I did the Sodium research the Big Mac was about the 'best' of the worst. No more pizza or just about any Mall food.
Eggs are great!
