I have had my KX3 (and my ticket) for a year or so now, but I am finally learning how to use it. I did a factory reset, uploaded the latest firmware via KX3Utility on ubuntu (sudo) and then tried to save the kx3 configuration but I receive the following error messages:
Activity Log: Configuration was not saved - Error reading EEPROM Data. Error Message: *Unable to read EEPROM address 000.000 What I am doing wrong?
