Also, FISTS (www.fists.org) has a code buddy program where you can be "adopted" in a sense by someone who will sked with you and talk for some time at whatever speed you can handle. Plus, operating on the FISTS frequencies, folks will almost always find a friendly CW op who will QRS to whatever they feel comfortable at.
