I have bought about 30 of the recharge AA batteries and they all
still work in my Sony cameras and ats-3 radio. I would not use Lithium
batteries there but have them on my tiny VX-2 handi-talky. Those were
made for Cell-phones and seem to last very well. Same with my
Cell-phone. I think the Lithium cells that are NOT rechargable have
problems with leakage.
