All,

I received the same email several weeks ago. I followed up by Googling the organization and checking out their web site (using a Linux system I didn't care if I had to nuke when done). They are a fairly new group, established within the last year(if I remember correctly). I don't know that they're a scam, but they really need to do something to build up their cred if they want to be accepted by the global ham community.
