If cost is no object, you might try optically clear EMI shielding, like Chomerics' WIN-SHIELD: http://www.chomerics.com/products/winshield-elite.htm
There are others making similar plastics with EMI shields built-in. Even those CRT radiation sheets might work. Google "clear plastic EMI shielding" Brings back memories of "The Visible Engine", doesn't it?
