When you configure a WSPR transmitter, how do you decide what is the best frequency to use within the 200 Hz. WSPR range? I looked at the spot database and nothing jumped out at me.

Further details: I just assembled a QRP Labs U3S standalone WSPR transmitter, with a GPS receiver. I will probably start on 30m because that is the band that is available when all the relays in my antenna switching system are open, so it will be easy to let it run while the rest of my station is off.

Sorry for the OT post, but there are lots of smart guys out there! Answers can be off list.
