Yes, T-Bird does all that and more. It is far more stable and secure, and includes provisions for Dual-Key Encryption in current versions. It even has a routine to transfer your file structure and address book from Outlook into T-Bird "hands-free". Totally customizable. I've been using it ever since I switched from IBM OS/2 to Windows almost 15 years ago.
