I was just able to get in the Elecraft Lounge. I spoke with Michelle from Elecraft Sales briefly. She says that to get signed up for the drawing all you have to do is visit the booth. Just go there - nothing else to do. Upon your arrival there, the system will give them your contact information automagically and you will thus be entered.
