Thanks, Dave. The system is in even worse shape than it was last time. I
finally got in by
1. following the instructions to re-generate a ticket - you have to be
careful to enter the original order number, a five character string
you got when they acknowledged your order, in the third field.
2. When it re-generates the "ticket" you click on it and get to a page
with a huge logo, instructions on how to repeat the ticket
re-generation process (don't do it), and some menu items at the top
to go to exhibits, auditorium, etc.
3. DON'T LEFT-CLICK the menu items - that puts you in a loop back to
re-generate the ticket. Instead, RIGHT-CLICK the link which pulls
down some choices and select Open in a new pane. That works, at
least for me.
Some of the speakers are very fuzzy, others are clear. Most of the audio
is OK. The various windows all invoke different sorts of user interfaces
for the different styles of viewing and interaction. It's all similar to
Zoom but not quite the same and there are many flavors. YMMV.

I was scheduled to present a couple of sessions regarding Elecraft's

technical issues, and so at this point, they still have not been
scheduled as yet.
But, I will be working in my shop most of the day, and we do have a
Classic Line Table in the Elecraft booth if you would like to stop by
