Dave, try doing the Calibrate Transmit Gain that is in the Utility under Calibration. I had that exact problem in the 80 & 10 meter band. Tech at Elecraft told me to do this. That fixed the problem. I had to do this several times & found it worked better on a old dummy load than it did on one I built from Elecraft. The old one was not exactly 1:1 on the 80 & 10 meter band. Don't know why that made any difference, but it did. 73,Reed W4JZ
