Thanks very much for the helpful suggestions on how to solve the no power output in the final assembly Part III. W3FJP provided a very detailed test procedure and a number of others provided info about how they solved similar problems. The RF probe showed low output from the Buffer. Using a magnifying lens I found what appeared to be a tiny hint of a pool of solder around RFC13. After touching it up, all is well with full output power. I also found my trusty 35 yrs old 2kw dummy load had a bad coax fitting. Even though I was up half the night, it was worth the effort!!!
