Using CAT on the PC.
TEST CAT on PC turns green.
TEST PTT on PC turns red and turns on the KX3 TX LED. It looks like if
I change to VOX the problem goes away, but I've always used CAT in the past.
Signalinnk PTT LED turns on with TX.
