I was thinking, ok, I could accept a computer screen K2 front panel
extension if it included logging software. My immediate reaction was, I'll
have to write the software myself. But, it has been done, and it's called
Ham Radio Deluxe! Thanks Don for the introduction.
I've downloaded Ham Radio Deluxe this evening. Tomorrow, I'll get the K2
RS-232 serial cable out of the attic and give the program a try. I already
have another logging program, but haven't really begun using it yet. So,
it's finally time to rearrange the desk in my shack to give the laptop
better space and try the Ham Radio Deluxe concept.
Roll your own K3, here I come!
