I did a search at the UK dti.gov.uk website, the issued ROHS
Directive and other linked sites, and NOWHERE could I find among the
numerous exemptions one saying that kit and homebrew equipment is (or
is proposed to be) exempt. If somebody can find a definitive
statement then please produce it.
Hi Dave, since you live in England, does your car have a lead-acid
battery? Are your tires balanced by lead weights? Can you buy fishing
weights made of lead?
