If I read that correctly, you're asking for general coverage receive from your proposed K3. Based on what I understand about the current K2 design, the reason it's such an excellent receiver is because Elecraft avoided making it a general coverage receiver - someone please correct me if I'm wrong. That said, I'd personally prefer if they kept any future transceivers as ham-band-only units. For my own selfish purposes, I'd love to see Elecraft produce a specialty longwave and mediumwave only receiver. But that's a niche that's even smaller than ham radio!
