They all agreed that something needed to be done about the cat problem. They also all agreed that the solution was for someone to tie a bell around the cat's neck, so they could hear the cat approaching. It was a great idea and they all congratulated themselves on it and offered various suggestions about the size, tone and type of bell and ribbon to be used.
